Staying at this hotel was like finding a hidden gem in the city. The rooms exceeded my expectations, providing comfort and convenience. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and provided a nice change of pace from home, although they were a bit small. The service was friendly, professional, and accommodating, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, relaxing, and great for exploring uptown Charlotte, with amazing views near the Charlotte Lynx Light Rail. The dining experience left a lot to be desired but was above average in terms of options and taste. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
